Discuss the extent to which Zambrero founder Sam prince exemplifies these traits and characteristics. Wikipedia or web blogs are not considered as 'sound' academic sources? Answer: Introduction: Sam prince, he is an entrepreneur. He is a Scottish-born Australian doctor with Sri Lankan running a chain Mexican restaurants and doing aid work in the Asia-Pacific in places like Cambodia, Sri Lanka and Vietnam (Levy, 2014). Prince started the restaurant Zambrero at what time when he was 21 years old. Many entrepreneurs display entrepreneurial performance long earlier when they get on their opening business enterprise (Volery, Mueller and von Siemens, 2013). At the age of 21, prince was at Medical School and work as a chef in a Mexican caf to shell out his way during university. In the restaurant Prince were establishing his obsession for Mexican food and for the purchaser that come to the Restaurant. This obsession for the product and services is marked in both Zambrero and Mexico, afterward his Mexican marketplace to counter restaurant in Sydney. Then he come up with innovative idea where h said that for every meal sold at Zambrero, a plate of food is donate to the rising world, which he used to called plate for plate. In 2010, he was nominated for Entrepreneur of the year. Prince is also a chairman and founder One Disease at a Time, were he worked for those people who are suffering from eradicating scabies, and its a disease common among local communities (Johnson, Freeman and Staudenmaier, 2015). His phenomenal success nominated him as a Young Australian in the year for 2012 for the Australian Capital Territory (Lerner and Watson, 2008). By the help of his innovative medical business and aid project he work for 100 men, and civilizing the lives of thousands people. By doing this kind of social work declared GQ in name him the 2011 Man of courtesy in its annual Men of the year list (Volery, Mueller and von Siemens, 2013) Analysis of entrepreneur traits/characteristics: In this case study, Dr. Sam Prince he is an entrepreneur and philanthropist (Volery, Mueller and von Siemens, 2013). He want to build a humanitarian organization devoted to social responsibility at the same time as providing bold, modern Mexican (Fried and Tauer, 2015). Entrepreneur traits and characteristics: 1. Passion - According to this case study Dr. Sam prince he is an entrepreneur and philanthropist. He is a social entrepreneur; his mainly focus on social work. Like in this case study his passion is to open a restaurant named as Zambrero on the other hand he used to help those people who are suffering from eradicating scabies. At the age of 21 he opens a restaurant which is well known for Mexican foods (O'Shaughnessy, 2015).2. While doing social work like for people who are suffering from aid, in this he learnt three instructions. First, before you do any type of aid works, you supposed to have a apparent perceptive of what you consider are a basic human rights and a basic human responsibility. As a doctor we obtain the Hippocratic promise of first does no harm. Second, when he feel back to working emergency department in hospital, he call the look of complete fear in the eyes of people who are suffer from heart attack. Plan everything- Now onwards, from Asia his focus shifted closer to home to native communities. The idea after One Disease at a point was spark by a discussion with one of his mentors, Frank Bowden.
